A legend. A true star.

Let’s remember him doing what he loved.

“I was aware of the music business but all I wanted to do was play. I just let things happen as they happened…In my heart I knew that what I did best was perform for people and make them happy.”

Randy Meisner, 2009

  1. Four guys making music and having an awesome time together. I’m so sad today at this huge loss for the music world. But, also the loss of kindness and gentleness that this man had. May he sing in rock and roll heaven now.

  2. We are all so sad. Bless You Jessica for all you’ve done for Randy’s legacy & for us, his fans. Sending Love to You & to Jennifer & to all of his Family, Friends & Fans. He is now at Peace. I’ll bet he’s singing TITTL with the Angels.

  3. Such a strong life force, Mr Randall Herman Meisner, and such a bright light to have touched so many people around the world for so much of his life. He was the sweetest of voices and smiles. It’s almost too much to bear to think of this. What a gifted and special soul. Thank you, always, Randy, for all that you shared with the rest of us..Rest in peace…
Peace and comfort to those closest to him..

  4. Randy was so gifted and he was the nicest Eagle member, ever!!! I have been talking to friends here in Wy and Ne that we knew Randy way before he left Ne. Love and cherish his talent!!! We will never forget you!!!❤️🦌🐎🎼🎸🌟🎼

  5. Every time I watch the video posted here, I’m struck over and over again with the spontaneity of the band and how much fun they seemed to be having performing live at that time in their young lives. It’s just a shame that things changed with egos and money getting in the way. I know Randy had to leave it behind in the end. Being the person that he was, he simply didn’t have a choice in the matter. I believe he did the right thing under the circumstances.
